Rain Policy

There is a good likelyhood that it will rain tonight, so here is our quick rain policy. Turbo Bocce has never canceled games for any reason.  If its raining and you want to come play in the rain, go for it.  Many people do, and have lots of fun with it.  If playing in the rain isn’t your thing, feel free to skip this week.  We have make up weeks for a reason.  A second suggestion, Tuesday League players can always come and play on Wednesday when the forecast looks a little better.

Week 1 Recap

On Tuesday we cut the ribbon at our new field. Lets relive the memories together.

Week 1 Recap

I got to the field Wednesday with eight hours of work and only three hours of sleep behind me. Was I tired? Hell no. It was opening day of bocce season. I was excited as hell.

How to play Turbo Bocce In 5 Easy Steps

Step 1:

Figure out who will throw first by flipping a coin. The team with first throw places the starting box wherever they want, and then throws the pallino wherever they want (as short as 5 feet from the starting box or as long as 50 feet). The player who throws the pallino must also throw the first shot of the game. The object is to get your ball as close to the pallino as possible.
