After all the bocce balls had been set up and all the contestants signed in – while the brackets were being randomly selected and drawn up – there was a moment of quiet anticipation. Week 7 Recap

After three weeks of rain, the sun returned to Turbo Bocce. I’ve never had a problem playing bocce in the rain, and in fact have had a lot of really fun rain games, but enough was definitely enough. Seeing the blue skies, the sun, and the bocce field packed with people made me realize just how much I was missing a typical summer day. I found myself really soaking in the sun and the summer, and having a blast.

3 Great Ways to Make the Most of Playing Bocce at Sharkey’s

We have officially moved from playing bocce at Onondaga Lake Park to playing bocce at Sharkey’s Bar & Grill in Liverpool.  Here are three ways to make the best of the switch.

Option 1:

Show up at Sharkey’s at 4pm and enjoy Sharkey’s happy hour deal (which is 2 for 1 EVERYTHING) until happy hour ends at 6pm.  Then come play bocce.
