We have officially moved from playing bocce at Onondaga Lake Park to playing bocce at Sharkey’s Bar & Grill in Liverpool. Here are three ways to make the best of the switch.
Option 1:
Show up at Sharkey’s at 4pm and enjoy Sharkey’s happy hour deal (which is 2 for 1 EVERYTHING) until happy hour ends at 6pm. Then come play bocce.
If you are lucky enough to get out of work early, I recommend showing up early to Sharkey’s because they have the best happy hour in town. Whatever you buy you get two of, and that goes for top shelf stuff, shots, wine, craft beer, you name it.
Imagine going from getting 2 for 1 drink specials to an even better deal! $5 for food and beer while you play bocce. You’ll be a money saving machine!
Option 2:
Get to bocce early and play your game right around 5:30, thus giving you time to play both bocce and trivia (which starts at 7:30) at Sharkey’s. Not only is trivia fun, its a great way to win free stuff, and a little birdie told me there might even be a question or two about bocce, so you guys will have an advantage.
Option 3:
Play bocce all day, then play more bocce at night. In fact, you can play bocce all night long because we have spotlights now, and we also have the option of building an indoor bocce court in Sharkey’s Ballroom.
How does Bocce After Dark sound? I like the sound of it! B.A.D.
MJ would be into it.
